Cat Lost: West Warwick/Coventry Line (June 10, 2009) Lost on Saturday night at 10:30 May 30th West Warwick on the Coventry line His name is Higgins - he is a large short haired orange cat - about 10 years old - no collar - looks like Morris the cat. My husband is terminally ill and is missing him alot. When I found him 10 years ago he was sick and just making it - he had walked into our yard. He became a wonderful cat and we miss him terribly. It was a rainy, very windy night and he became spooked by the wind and took off. We've searched and searched for him in our neighborhood and have been in contact with Norton & Mansfield animal control, Vets in the area, shelters and even stopped people on the street if they've seen him. He is a small, adult orange tabby. He is a friendly, high-energy, skinny (7.5 lbs) sweetheart. His curiosity & speed have gotten him locked in other people's garages & homes for days on end, but never for this long. He is about 4 years old. I am hoping someone has taken him in, believing him to be a stray because he is so skinny, and will see this posting/our fliers around the neighborhood/online and return him. I live in the Pond Street area (end near marinas) in Wakefield R.I. He is very dark brown (his head is completely black/brown w/o points) has tan undersides and bright blue eyes. Very distinctive markings on her... tan line right above her nose... white strands on her back throughout her black hairlike coat. crooked bottom tooth.. tan in her legs,perimeter of backside,chest, and in eyebrows, and mustache...She knows her name.. Sabrina.was a present for my daughter on her tenth birthday.... We have had leads all over...I cannot believe someone could look at the picture of my daughter on her birthday and know that this dog has been part of our family six years and cannot do the right thing... My dog has suffered in these past months.. because she has been in hiding...
