We are looking for a loving home for Franklin. He will be five years old in December and is a Bully mix and weighs 73 pounds. He is neutered and has his inoculations up to date. The rabies shot will expire in May of 2027. He has not been around other dogs often nor has he been around young children or cats.

He has been territorial if another dog came near the original owner. He does have leash reactivity.
Franklin does not have separation anxiety but has anxiety and likes to be left alone when he is tired or gets stressed.

Please note that Franklin is not the type of dog that likes to be hugged or kissed.
Both a trainer and behavioralist have told us that

Franklin is not an aggressive dog; however, there was a bite incident that happened when someone visiting leaned over to kiss Franklin on the head while Franklin was sleeping on the couch which startled Franklin.

Franklin is a great dog and loves to please and play games and would do best with a single guardian in a home without young children or other pets. Franklin will thrive with the right person.
